Rosewood- $875.00 (holds roughly up to 250 people comfortably)
Rosebud- $775.00 (holds roughly up to 150 people comfortably)
Includes: 5-hour hall rental, tables/chairs
(must bring own food/drinks, plates, utensils, sterno fuel, etc...)
Additional hours- $125 per hour

*Can come in day before to set up (if no parties are booked, otherwise can come in morning of event), 1.5 hours at no charge*
*Anything over the allowed 1.5 hours to decorate at no charge, will result in an additional charge*
*Must bring in napkins/plates/forks for wedding cake/cupcakes or an additional $30 fee will be added to your final bill*

(must have bartender if any alcohol is being distributed during your event)

Cash or checks will only be accepted at this time.
Dates are available on a first come, first serve basis.
A $350 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve a day you choose.
